All of your orders are packed by hand - Monday-Saturday, 11 - 7 pm.  This is the best time to contact us and expect a timely response :)

We take up to 24 to 48 hours to respond, so patience is much appreciated!


Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Shipping charges are based on the size of the product, packaging and shipping address. Final charges will reflect under shipping charges upon check out.

Please note: International Shipping will be borne by the customer including duties and applicable taxes.



Almost all of our products are made-to-order, unless in stock.

Once we receive an order, its directly put in production the same day or sometimes the next possible day.

The order may get ready in 2 -3 working days, but sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances like production delay, weather conditions, or any other, the orders might get delayed than its usual timeline. We make sure that you’re notified of the same.

Once the order is ready for pickup, it usually takes 2-3 days (or more depending on your shipping address) to reach you.

If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Service at +91 989 998 0167 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM). We will offer a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.



All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage during handling and transit to your destination.
