Returns, Refund & Exchange
We ensure high quality craftsmanship in our products. Every product shipped from our warehouse goes through thorough quality inspection.
We do NOT offer returns/exchanges and refunds on products delivered in perfect condition.
However, If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can request for a return or exchange within 24 – 48 hours of receiving.
In the event that you have received an incorrect product that doesn’t match with the ordered product, we will be happy to exchange your product.
ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE, ONE PIECE AT A TIME, MAKING EACH PIECE UNIQUE.
DUE TO THIS PROCESS, A SLIGHT VARIATION MAY OCCUR BETWEEN PRODUCTS.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement or exchange the product for a different product of the same value OR refund your order amount within 10 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.
- We request you to write to us in detail with supporting images of the defect, your order details and contact information within 24 hours of delivery to email@example.com
- All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, Karo Store will cover shipping charges.
- We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and is properly packed to avoid any damages in transit.
- Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email upon the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your product has been damaged during transit, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org AND call us on +91 989 998 0167 within 24 hours of delivery from Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM (IST) with your order details (order number, date and amount), contact information and delivery address with supporting images of the damaged product. We will respond to you within 48 hours with a solution and will have a reverse pick up arranged within 7-10 working days.
Karo-store.in reserves the right to inspect the products before processing returns, exchanges and refunds.
All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made through the mode of payment as chosen by you.
Please Note: You would be required to provide us with your chosen mode of payment (Google Pay, PayTm or Bank Transfer) to process the refund, as our payments are handled by CCAvenue, which makes it difficult for us to track any account details, incase your transaction method was prepaid (online payment).
The shipping charges as applicable on your order will not be refunded incase of a return.
Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order or and prior to the shipment of the order. However if the request is made at a time when the product is already in transit, the charges for the shipment / packaging if special packaging has been done shall be charged and deducted from the refunds.
