Can I get my order customized?

Almost all of our products are made-to-order, unless in stock.
Once we receive an order, its directly put in production the same day or sometimes the next possible day.
The order may get ready in 2 -3 working days, but sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances like production delay, weather conditions, or any other, the orders might get delayed than its usual timeline. We make sure that you’re notified of the same.
Once the order is ready for pickup, it usually takes 2-3 days (or more depending on your shipping address) to reach you.
Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hours of placing the order or and prior to the shipment of the order. However if the request is made at a time when the product is already in transit, the charges for the shipment / packaging if special packaging has been done shall be charged and deducted from the refunds.
